Lela Campbell, Ph.D., LCPC, LCADC, ACS, CRR, MAC
Dr. Campbell is the founder and executive director of A Step Forward, Incorporated. She has worked with its board in leading this nonprofit in revolutionary changes for over the past 18 years. She has also worked with a number of organizations, helping them to move their visions forward. She is a:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Clinical Addictions and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
- Advanced Clinical Supervisor (ACS)
- Conflict Resolution and Recovery facilitator
- Master Addictions Counselor.
Dr. Campbell has been in the Human Health Services field for over 20 years. She is a co-founder of A Step Forward, Inc., District 44A Baltimore City State Central Committee representative, active in her community association in which she helped to organize, a past professor at Coppin State University, and a sponsor of a variety of community engagement activities. Dr. Campbell participated in a number of fellowships and has been awarded and recognized for her work in treatment, research and business building in the city of Baltimore and state of Maryland.
